Diontae Taylor started at the Cincinnati Job Corps in the Fall of  2010.  He already had his GED, but he didn’t have any job skills or training.  The Job Corps program gave Diontae an opportunity to change his life for the better.

After completing the welding program at Job Corps, Diontae returned home to Columbus, Ohio and was hired by I-Force as an Industrial Worker.  He is working fulltime and earning $13.00 an hour.

Diontae finished Job Corps in one year.  He is an example that Job Corps Works!
