On March 27th, nine culinary arts students from the Cincinnati Job Corps volunteered at the annual ACF (American Culinary Federation) awards dinner. The students helped with preparing and cooking the food for 160 guests. Some of the students did live cooking demonstrations and managed individual food stations. Several of the guests were executive chefs at local restuarants. The students did an outstanding job and one student has received a call from one of the executive chefs for a possible job opportunity. The culinary students made a great impression with their skills, hard work and presentation.
