James Hagwood graduated from the Cincinnati Job Corps in February 2010.  He transferred to the Gary Job Corps Center in March of 2010 and enrolled in the advanced training program for residential advisor (RA) training.  James completed the training program in March 2011 and was hired as a RA at the Cincinnati Job Corps in May 2011.  Although James had the opportunity to work at other Job Corps Centers, he decided to  work in Cincinnati.   Jame’s philosphy is: “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
