The Charleston Job Corps celebrated Constitution Day on September 17th with City Councilman Jim Harris from the Mayor’s office and a ceremony by the West Virginia State Color Guard, a poem reading by Junior Civitan’s Vice-president, and singing of the Star Spangled Banner and a reception in the gymnasium.
