Charleston Job Corps’ Health Foundations Instructor, Joyce Brown, received the 4E’s Award from Serrato Corporation on January 22, 2021. The award is awarded to employees who are exhibiting the 4E’s. They are nominated and a winner is chosen from the nominees.
