Charleston Job Corps Employee receives the 4E’s Award for teaching excellence

Charleston Job Corps’ Health Foundations Instructor, Joyce Brown, received the 4E’s Award from Serrato Corporation on January 22, 2021. The award is awarded to employees who are exhibiting the 4E’s. They are nominated and a winner is chosen from the nominees.
The 4E’s stand for:
Embrace – We embrace each person’s unique individualism, talents, and abilities they possess and offer. We encourage our employees and students to voice their opinions and ideas for the betterment of the company and workplace.
