The Charleston Job Corps Center (CJCC) operating under Horizons Youth Services (HYS) provides academic and career technical training for youth 16-24 years old. The center’s Career Technical Training Report (CTT-10) is a monthly “report card” that provides an overall rating or grade to each of our career technical training (CTT) areas on center. The report is released monthly and is based on either a rolling (last 12 months) or a program (July 1 – current date) year. The report measures how many students successfully completed their training, earned primary and secondary credentials, were placed in jobs, and continued employment for up to a year after leaving the center.

Based on the rolling year, the following CTT areas are over 100%:

Network Cabling – 104.4%
Dental Assistant – 103.3%
Pharmacy Tech – 103%
HVAC – 101.1%
