Charleston Job Corps Center’s Annual Holiday Celebration-Dec. 15, 2017

The Charleston Job Corps Center (CJCCJ) operating under Horizons Youth Services (HYS), held its annual All Staff Holiday Celebration on Friday, December 15, 2017 in the cafeteria. The luncheon was catered by Bridgeview Barbeque. There were several gift cards, prizes and giveaways. Staff tenure awards were given from the Human Resources Dept. to acknowledge service for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years and 15 years of employment.

Santa Clause made a surprise visit to thank all the staff who work everyday to help change lives for youth. Job Corps is a no-cost education and career technical career training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that helps young people ages 16-24 improve the quality of their lives through career technical and academic training. The Charleston Job Corps Center is overseen by the Philadelphia Regional Office of Job Corps.
