We Shall Not Forget-9/11!

The Charleston Job Corps Center recognized Patriot’s Day 9/11 during Monday Business Meeting on Sept. 12. Center Director, Willie Brown spoke to the students and staff regarding the significance of Sept. 11. Brown said, “We should never forget those who lost their lives and our first responders who moved to action.” He recalled the day and how he learned of the terrorist attack on the United States when the planes went into the twin towers. Brown told the audience he recently went to ground zero in New York and it made a lasting impact on his life. CJCC Flags are at half-staff this week in observance of 9/11.
