Buffalo NY- Students from the Cassadaga Job Corps Academy recently assisted with the SPCA of Erie County Radio-thon held in Buffalo NY.  Students spent the day working the phone lines to help raise money for the animals in need in Buffalo and the surrounding area.  The event which was sponsored by local radio stations and numerous businesses raised over $250,000 for the SPCA.  It was a great experience for all of the students involved who enjoyed giving back and spending some quality time with the animals that were on hand for the event.
