SMOKE FREE CENTER!!! Please Extinguish before Entering?  Signs at Carville Job Corps Center are few months away from being posted at the center’s entrance as the center continues to prepare students and staff for a smoke-free facility.  TEAP Specialist, Ms. Darius Croson hosted –Kick Butt Day !!! Awareness Fair that included representatives from Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, Louisiana Primary Care Association, Face –to-Face Enrichment Center, The American Cancer Society and JOY Corporation. The event was held in the center’s gym.   All student employees and staff attended the event, leaving with the dangers of tobacco use and effects of second hand smoke, engraved on foreheads—Quit Now! Don’t Smoke!
