Carville Job Corps Center Welcomed U. S. Congressman Bill Cassidy, MD; Louisiana 6^th District, who visited the center on August 31^st.  The congressman held a Carville Job Corps Center town hall meeting in the center’s gym with student employees and staff who addressed the congressman about his career and juggling/dealing with family on a weekly basis from Washington to Louisiana, the nation’s economy, job market, and how it will affect their future with regards to the career training they are currently receiving.  The Congressman was excited to see that the student employees were current the labor market trends. Before leaving the Congressman a physician toured the center’s state of the art wellness center, having the opportunity to meet the center’s doctor and wellness staff.  Thanks!
