Career Preparation Phase better known to Job Corps associates as CPP begins your Job Corps experience.  On June 23, 2011, 60 CPP students turned their tassels to move to the next phase of Job Corps , known as Career Development Phase where the action of academics and career technical training occurs.  White Castle, Louisiana’s  Mayor,  Jemarr  Williams was the  guest speaker who addressed the 60 graduates. He encouraged them to not give up, but be pressed to continue the course, never ceasing, even when they fail, try and try again.
