Efforts to increase placement opportunities for Job Corps graduates, the Carville Job Corps Center hosted its annual Career Day. The CTS Team, CTR Instructor, and Business Community Liaison were key players in bringing employers and colleges to our Center for a successful outcome. The following employers and colleges attended: Turner Industries, Richards Honda, Delta College, Advantage Staffing, Louisiana Workforce Commission, ARMY, Virginia College, Baton Rouge Community College, and Delgado College.  Students were able to meet directly with employers and colleges advisors to receive direct placement information.  The center established community partnerships career fair participants.  We are looking forward to our next Career Day.
