Every Employer looks for Employees who display, great Workplace Ethics, Employee Loyalty , Understands  Employee Rights and Responsibilities  in the workplace.  Career Preparation Students at Carville Job Corps Center interacted in three hour training with peers by LSU Agricultural Center’s Family Resources Management Educator, Mrs. Deborah Cross-Young.  The training was designed to strengthen good character in the workplace, focus on ethical behaviors, social skills, and  time management behaviors.  Student employees stated it was very informative, fun and reminded them of Carville’s Norms.  THANKS!
