Anyone who has left home to go off to school knows the first few weeks are the hardest. Student Josh Dalton experienced this while at Job Corps and almost gave in and left the program. Instead, he persevered and, in doing so, became a model student and now has begun a promising career. Josh enrolled in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, quickly excelled to the top of the HVAC class, in a few months and became a team leader, and was now working at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Lexington KY, where he is making $14.00 per hour.
