Horizons Youth Services and the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center were recently recognized by the National Job Corps Association in Washington, DC. HYS was named the National Job Corps Association Operator of the Year for 2010. Carl D. Perkins was awarded a 12 STAR Center for the second year in a row as well.
