Friday April 8, 2016, Senator Rand Paul’s Field Rep and City of Prestonsburg Tourism Director Mitchel Pearson showed their support to the Centers “Y2Y” student ambassadors as they signed the “y2Y” pledge cards. Student rolled out the “Youth2Youth” “Partners4Peace” program to the community in March, and has had over two hundred community members and local law enforcement sign the pledge to assist in their efforts to promote the anti-violence program in the community.

Carl D. Perkins “Y2Y” also assisted with the City of Prestonsburg Police Dept. “Blue Lights in the Burg” 5K on Saturday April the 9th that was help to fund the Police Depts. annual “Shop with a Cop” program during the holiday season.
