work and dedication while completing a Work-Based Learning internship at the Floyd County Conservation Office. Fain, 17, from Liberty, KY, has been at Perkins Job Corps for six months. He received valuable on-the-job training at his WBL internship at the conservation office, which he did two days a week while continuing his high school classes and facilities maintenance training on center.
Tony Grubb, conservation director, praised Fain, saying “Ethan already has a great work ethic at this young age.” Fain, who describes himself as no stranger to hard work because he learned the value of working hard at an early age, said he enjoyed the job training experience he got at the Conservation Office.
Congratulations Ethan Fain!
