Carl D. Perkins found out today, that they have moved up to # 5 in the Outcome Measurement System (OMS). This is how the center is graded each month, based on student completion, graduate placement , graduate wage etc…..Carl D. Perkins staff and students are working non-stop to make it to # 1 in the nation.
