Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center is happy to have a new partnership with the Pikeville Family YMCA. The facility works strengthening our community  through well-being and fitness, childcare/summer day camp, family time, sports and play, and other activities. It is the  belief of the YMCA , that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors, and this is exactly what this valuable partnership will bring to both entities.

Perkins Office & Administration will be assisting at the YMCA Early Childhood Learning Center’s  office, answering phones, filing, putting their computer skills to use, with making event flyers for the center to distribute to family members with new of upcoming events. The YMCA program is not new to Job Corps, as they are a “National Partner” with the Job Corps Program.
