Friday April 8, 2016 Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center held its Spring Graduation ceremony. Thirty students walked across the stage to receive their diploma and certificates. family members traveled from Florida, Penn, and Western KY to share this special day with their child.

Guest Speakers Senator Rand Paul’s field rep Regena Jones welcomed everyone to the ceremony and congratulated all for the students for their accomplishments. city of Prestonsburg’s Tourism Director Mitchel Pearson also gave words of praise reminded the graduates to never let go of their dreams, that they could accomplish anything they set their mind to.
