Students help organization move into Prestonsburg office
Carpentry students from the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps put their job skills to practice as they assisted the organization Judi’s Place move into its new satellite office in Prestonsburg, KY.

Carpentry students assisted with hanging doors, painting, and putting together office furniture during the week of March 6. Students also helped staff move furniture into the new facility.

Judi’s Place, located in Pikeville, KY, assists children and families by providing specialized services, including interviewing, medical care and mental health services. Judi’s Place can now extend its services to the Big Sandy Region with the opening of new satellite office in Prestonsburg.
