Bullying can threaten students’ physical and emotional safety at school and can negatively impact their ability to learn. The best way to address bullying is to stop it before it starts. This is what the Carl D. Perkins is doing while implementing the Job Corps National anti-bulling anti violence campaign “Youth2Youth Partenrs4Peace” also known as Y2Y. The program was spearheaded by Job Corps students nationwide.
The Carl D. Perkins center has been having various activities since August, leading up to” Y2Y” week September 14-18.
