Carl D. Perkins has some new Work Base Learning(WBL) Partners in the community. Hibbett Sports, Food City and McDonalds of East Ky. These are not your typical WBL Partnerships, the students that work at each business not only learn on the job skills and training, but they also recieve a paycheck. Students will have this extra income savings to help them transition from Perkins to begin their independant living.
