Carl D. Perkins students now have the opportunity to work and save money after the training day. Walmart has recently hired 3 students during the Holiday season, working after school and weekends. Carpentry, Electrical and Security  students Capri Davis, Javarron Hale and Glenn Edwards are thankful for the opportunity to be able to train during the day and work and save money for their future. leisure time employment students are required to save 80% of their earnings while enrolled in the program, so they will be secure financially when completing the program and getting that apartment and vehicle.
