Thomas Rainey, Center Director of the Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center, was recently elected as the Executive Officer of the Kentucky Job Corps Consortium.

Mr. Rainey was named as chairman during the group’s executive board meeting held September 29, 2011, at the Whitney M. Young Job Corps Center.

The Kentucky Consortium represents all seven Job Corps Centers in the state of Kentucky and the OA/CTS contract.  Mr. Rainey will serve in the capacity for one year.
