Perkins BCL attended the SOAR (Shaping our Appalachian Region) event on Monday May 11th at the East KY Expo Center in Pikeville, Ky. Congressman Rogers, Governor Beshear and Secretary Tom Perez discussed jobs in Eastern KY, and the funding that Eastern KY has received for broadband and the Mountain Parkway Expansion.
