Eileah completed Certified Nursing Assistant during her time at Blue Ridge, as well as CPR/First Aid and her HIPAA certification. Eileah said that coming to Job Corps was the most significant learning experience of her life, not only for the skills she learned related to CAN, but the way it helped her grow as a person. “Blue Ridge Job Corps helped me learn to be successful, not only in my career, but in all aspects of my life.”
Eileah is currently employed as a CNA at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where she is working full time. She plans on working there for the foreseeable future, but may potentially go back to school later on. “Don’t give up!” she urged to future Job Corps students. “Stay focused, stay positive, and don’t let anything stand in the way of achieving you goals.”
