The students and staff at the Dr. Benjamin L. Hooks Job Corps Center took the Oprah Winfrey pledge, NO TEXTING WHILE DRIVING!  – Make the Oprah Winfrey’s No Phone Zone Pledge – “I pledge to make my car a NO PHONE ZONE. Beginning right now. I will do my part to help put an end to distracted driving by committing to drive as responsibly as I can.”   President Obama has ordered 3 million federal employees to stop texting while driving, saying he wants them to set an example for the rest of the country.  REMEMBER, NO TEXTING WHILE DRIVING!
