Jacqueline Lamar; Farmers Insurance Agent recently hired accounting student Amber Smiley from the Hooks Job Corps. This is the third student Farmers has hired from the Hooks center. Their first hire was accounting student, Oliva Johnson. Olivia has been with Farmers for 5 years and has also gotten her license to sell insurance.

Jackie Lamar is very happy with her students and she also participates in Work-Based Learning, Ground Hog Job Shadowing and is a member of the Center Industry Council.
