Twenty-eight Barranquitas Job Corps students, the  Facilities and Maintenance Instructor, the Science Teacher and the Mountain Explorer President participated in a big planting project for the School of the Community of “El Llanos”  at Aibonito, PR.  The students planted 73 trees that grew at the Barranquitas Job Corps Plant House.  These trees will be taken care by the Barranquitas Job Corps students on a monthly basis and will be incorporated with 3rd grade students of the school mentioned above.  This is to create consciousness’ to the younger students the need to take care of our planet.  This is part of the Barranquitas Job Corps Green Project.
