Ways to decrease your chances of breast cancer are:
Improve your diet and maintain or lose to your ideal body weight
Follow a low fat diet
Reduce alcohol consumption, cancer risk increases substantially with intake of more than 2 drinks per day. Eat 5-7 fruits or vegetables daily and
Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily
Also exercise and don’t use tobacco products. The female cadets were also shown how to check their breasts for a lump. Early detection is the key.
