Students give up Saturday morning to assist with United Way Food Drive

Four students at Bamberg Job Corps gave up their Saturday on September 10, 2011 from 8:00 -11:45 a.m., to assist with the United Way Food Drive in Bamberg, SC. Students assisted by setting up the tables, preparing each station, giving items to the local community citizens, and helping the citizens take their items to their car. The students who assisted were Tami Davis, SGA President, Sheila Rogers, SGA Sgt.-at-Arms, Nadia Thomas, SGA Supreme Justice and Justin Thomas, SGA Vice President. Students stated they had a wonderful and enjoyable time and they look forward to assisting again. The United Way was able to feed over 150 people.
