The Bamberg Job Corps Center had their 2011 Summer Prom where the students had a ball literally. The cafeteria was colorfully decorated. The time for the Prom was 8:00-11:00 p.m. The prom colors were blue, yellow and silver. The Prom Theme was “Dancing with the Stars.” The students had food of many diifferent varieties such as teryaki chicken, barbecue chicken, seasoned chicken, vegetable trays, fruit trays, ham/turkey.cheese and crackers, finger sandwiches and cake.

With balloons everywhere, the students enjoyed a evening of dancing. Staff and students competed on who was the best dancer. The Prom Queen and Prom King was chosen and were crowned. The Prom Queen is LaKaya Freeman and the Prom King is Johntay Evans.
All students received a nice star keychain for their sovenir.

Students had a good time.
