The IndyPendence Diamonds spent an afternoon celebrating a month of an “issue free” center culture. The students took the challenge from our Regional Director and assisted each other in learning better ways to deal with conflict. Students had skits, board games and small group discussions. The message sent was “Diamonds are created under pressure”. Our Indy Diamonds understand that life comes with stress and difficult situations but we must learn to deal with them professionally. The ladies did a great job and the celebration brought both students and staff a little closer even through the competitions of volley ball, dodge ball and tug of war. Thanks to the Youth 2 Youth committee and Ms. Baurain for heading up the event.
