Victory Lap: Woolston Finishes a 50 Year Job Corps Career

Atterbury Job Corps Executive Administrative Assistant, Donna Woolston, is a great lover of Nascar, so we will use some race terminology and state that she decided it was time to take her Victory Lap. Mrs. Woolston crossed the Finish Line of a 50 year career dedicated to serving others on Oct. 6th, 2015. A 50 year career spanning nearly the entire existence of the National job Corps program! Mrs. Woolston dedicated herself to Atterbury Job Corps, but doing everything she could to make the lives and work-life of her students and coworkers better!! If it was a smile, a joke, a pad of paper, a printed out timecard, or information about various details of the program that was needed, Donna Woolston was there. A RARE achievement in this modern age is someone who dedicates this much to a single institution. 10 years seems like an achievement these days! When they made Mrs. Woolston, they broke the mold! Now we as Atterbury staff go on into a new era, we continue dedicating ourselves to the work of helping our youth, with a smile on our face, with a helping hand, a kind word, a pot of coffee, always there to support our students and each other, the way Mrs. Woolston would have done it! We wish Donna a wonderful retirement, that has been earned many, many times over!!
