Career Preparation students helped make a home for two families a reality while volunteering for Horizon House this week. They cleaned two, three bedroom apartments which will be transitional homes for two families who are currently living in the emergency shelter. The partnership helped our students gain a sense of purpose. They say it felt great to help people gain an opportunity to make their life better. Students swept, mopped, vacuumed, scrubbed, and scoured for hours! Thanks Horizon House for letting us give back!
