CUPEDRO BECOMES 1ST ATTERBURY STUDENT ACCEPTED INTO MICROSOFT CERTIFIED TECH SPECIALIST TRAINING

The Transitions Department is proud to announce that Atterbury student, Robert Cupedro will be our first AJCCs Grad to be accepted into the prestigious Advanced Training program as a MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) student in Edison, New Jersey. Hailing from his hometown of Lodi, Ohio; Robert has always been a “techie” and his computer aspirations were an excellent coupling for this most desirable field of study. Here, he will be afforded the opportunity and tutelage to receive training from the astute technology instructors located on this Job Corps campus.
According to research, the median salary for a computer technician is around $42,000 annually.  Once Robert’s certifications are complete, while he continues to hone his I.T skills both academically and professionally, Robert could command future salaries well into the six digits! Interestingly, the town of Edison, New Jersey is named after the world renowned inventor of the incandescent light bulb. Thomas Alva Edison amassed over 1,093 patents in his lifetime. AJCCs Robert Cupedro will no doubt find himself in some very “inventive” company. Congrats Robert!
