The Culinary trade this week took what could have been a small, simple, luncheon for a few guests and turned it into a 4 Star Dining Experience!! The Finance And Administration Departments Purchasing Area, under the guide of Purchasing Agent Karla Chester and Assistant Sherry Drullinger, held a Vendor Appreciation Luncheon for the various companies that provide services, such as produce, food delivery, and beverages. Culinary out did themselves to make the occasion an opportunity to show off their skills and what they have learned, and performed at a high level of service for our guests. While these pictures capture the perfect presentation of the dishes, they don’t capture the fantastic flavors that the Culinary Crew created. Kudos to the Students, and Chef Sophie, Chef Mitchel, and Chef Masse’ for the impressive display of the trades culinary abilities that went above and beyond!
