BRIGGS PAVES SUCCESS PATH WITH ADVANCED ASPHALT TRAINING

AJCC student Angelo Briggs is a native of the “Buckeye City” of Cleveland, Ohio. While attending AJCC, Mr. Briggs received his Maintenance Mechanic training, as well as, his IUOE Pre-Apprentice certifications under the guidance of H.E.M trade instructors Mr. Wagler and Mr. Browning.
After completing a quite successful internship at the Mitsubishi plant in Franklin, Indiana, Mr. Briggs made the life changing decision to further his education, and enroll in the Advanced Training program of Asphalt Paving at the Turner Job Corps Center located in the beautiful southern city of Albany, Georgia; a city referred to as the “Pecan Capital of the World” .
The Turner Job Corps Center where Angelo Briggs will be in attendance, provides career technical training in several vocational trades (i.e. Bricklaying, Welding, and Culinary Arts), and their Advanced Asphalt Paving program will no doubt enhance Angelo’s career path upon completion. Statistics prove that the average salary of an Asphalt paver or Asphalt surfacer can command an entry level salary of $38,000  or  more annually.
AJCC looks forward to the bright future Angelo Briggs has set forth for himself, and we are extremely proud to know that Angelo’s “seeds of success” began here!
