Proud instructor and IUPAT Local 47 President, Kelly West, initiated Domonique Parker this month at the Local 47 Union meeting. He is working for a Union contractor, called Gibson Lewis, as a Drywall finisher. He starts his Apprenticeship schooling on August 8th.
