JOB CORPS The Cement Masonry trade program continued to assist the non-profit organization Love Chapel and the City of Columbus in the renovation of an old city garage into a new emergency shelter for the homeless population. They are in the process of filling in trenches that were dug to install plumbing pipes for bathrooms and faucets. Next week they will then pour concrete over the trenches to create a new cement floor for the site. Our team is already getting recognized for their efforts as the Columbus Republic Newspaper sent out a reporter to talk to our students and Instructor about their efforts in the project.
