ATTERBURY ALL-STAR CULINARY INTERNS COOK UP SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

ATTERBURY ALL-STAR CULINARY INTERNS COOK UP SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

Chef Rosie Neal (Executive Chef at Sodexo Food Service at Franklin College in Indiana) has just one word for Mathew, “Awesome”. Mathew has been an exemplary employee in his 6 week internship with Sodexo at Franklin College. She stated the “Mathew has been one of the few employees I have that I never have to worry about where he is or what he’s doing.” She would love to hire Matthew full time if she could, but she’s doing the next best thing in making referrals to Sodexo facilities in Michigan for when Mathew returns home soon. He’s brought a great attitude and work ethic to Sodexo, and he’s been an excellent representative of Atterbury Job Corps. Mathew has set the bar high for the next Culinary WBL students we place there!

Intern Cassandra Toussaint worked hard at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Columbus Indiana. She completed her WBL assignment on 11/7/15. Her work has been exemplary. She has grown and honed her culinary skills considerably under the tutelage of Executive Chef Troy Mathews. They were impressed with Cassandra from the beginning as she not afraid to jump right in and was always looking for work to do. Congrats to our Culinary Instructors for helping shape some great Culinary Careers, but the Accolades all belong to our students who represent the Best of what Job Corps has to offer!
