Anaconda, MT– Anaconda JCCCC Student Government Association (SGA) president, Andrew Edersheim, led the way for Job Corps and 18 of his fellow students. On Saturday, April 21st, the local Family Resource Center hosted Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) at numerous sites around the community, providing equipment and oversight of lots of clean up, touch up, and coming together for the greater good.
The day started out with all service volunteers gathered together to Rally. As motivation and inspiration, the Anaconda High School choir sang a few numbers and was followed by the notably young yet experienced volunteer himself, Adam Vauthier.
