It should come as NO surprise to the recipient of August’s Employee of the Month award. 1st place winner of Horizon’s Youth Services Safety Competition for SEVEN consecutive years. This competition is based on OSH Review and Quarterly Environmental Inspection Scores, consistently scheduled Safety Committee Meetings, the mandated number of completed drills as well as the applicable staff response, and accurate reporting, just to name a few. Instrumental in scoring a197 out of 200 possible points on the most recent Quarterly Environmental Inspection, and scoring higher than all other HYS Centers on the latest OSH review with NO findings, August’s (very well deserved) Employee of the Month is awarded to Ms. Susan Lyons, Safety Officer GURU!
