Alaska Job Corps student lowers the Flag

Alaska Job Corps business student Alison DelaRosa lowers the flag to half mast to honor R. Sargent Shriver, who passed away today.　 He was responsible for launching the U.S. Peace Corps in the early 1960’s.　 He was an activist and the chief architect of President Johnson’s War on Poverty programs, which included the Job Corps program.
