12/15/11.Staff members and clients of the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter (BAHS) were pleasantly surprised Thursday afternoon as members of the Penobscot Advanced Baking class presented them with a gingerbread replica of their building. Chef Ric Duplisea and his students Tanesha Peterson, Kimsheree Simoneau and Jocelyn Toribio decided they wanted to spread some extra Christmas spirit to one of Penobscots longstanding community partners. Director Dennis Marble was geuinely touched by this student driven project and expressd  his sincere appreciation for all at the BAHS.
