CD Gerry McGroarty, BCL Jackie Johnson, SGA President Toyrel Pinkney and SGA Vice President Emily Simpson traveled to Bloomsburg on Friday, October 20 to hear US Rep. Lou Barletta speak at a breakfast hosted by the legislative committee of the Columbia-Montour Chamber of Commerce.
Congressman Barletta, who grew up in nearby Hazleton, spoke about topics, including, education costs for students and matching job candidates with the appropriate employers, as well as government overregulation and waste, and infrastructure repair across the US.
