The Kentucky Job Corps Coalition met on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at the Earle C. Clements Job  Corps Center to begin planning events for the Youth 2 Youth:  Partners 4 Peace Y2Y Week.  Y2Y Advisors, Center Directors, and Business Community Liaisons and support staff from five of the Kentucky centers met and developed a full outline of events for September 21, 2016, International Day of Peace.  The events will take place at the State Capital, Frankfort, Kentucky.  The Kentucky centers continue to work in unity to recognize the importance of being part of a peaceful nation.

Staff and student representation were from Earle C. Clements Job Corps, Muhlenberg Job Corps, Carl D. Perkins Job Corps, Whitney M. Young Job Corps, Pine Knot Job Corps, and Insights Training Group, LLC OA/CTS.
